A Pastel Hue.

Hey cuties, today I have an outfit inspired by the Lolita genre but extremely toned down to my usual full on look.
p.s.- yes I've changed my hair colour, I've been dying to have it a pastel lilac/pink forever but I was told it was never possible. If anyone wants to know anything about the process of how we did it just message me :)
