so I haven't done a post in a couple days but I thought I'd kick it off with a shoe review, yay! everybody loves shoes;) I've been a little naughty with the shopping lately when I'm meant to be saving but I've had my eye on some nice platforms for a while now.
My style generally tends to go two ways, cutsie or Gothic. On this occasion it's Gothic. For Christmas I was debating getting these Gothic platforms, however they're around £60-£80 and i can't justify that kind of money on any type of shoe accept Doc Martens.
And then one day I was in Schuh and found these beauties for £20. They're currently in stock on the Schuh website >here< however the only size stocked are a five. However, if you tend to be a person that edges between size five six these may be the ones for you as I am exactly like that.
The brand is red or dead, and they were on sale from £80 to £20, which is an absolute bargain. And these shoes have alot too them too! they have flower embellishment on the platform, as well as the platform itself being quite substantial. I couldn't tell you how many times I've picked up a platform and it weighs nothing.
As far as I can tell they're very comfortable shoes due to the platform being so big, I couldn't tell you if I would be able to walk in them all day as I haven't had the chance to get round to wearing them for a long period of time. But my first impressions are very good.
They're quite secure as they have an ankle strap so it will avoid rolling your ankle and falling (as I've done so many times)
Overall these shoes I'd say are a 9/10, I'd love to say I'd get a lot of wear out of them but I'm not much of a heels girls, that's why I tend to go for platforms.
If you have any questions feel free to leave them in the comments.
